NewsRecord Level of Phones Charged Up at The National Hospital for Neurology (UCLH)

An astonishing 4,639 phone charges were recored at The National Hospital for Neurology, Queen’s Square, London in just 12 months. With an average of 12+ per day, it demonstrates how valuable public phone charging is in this environment.

UCLH provide free phone charging across all of their hospitals, supporting patients and visitors to stay connected to loved ones when it really matters. The service is funded by the Friends of UCLH Charity.

The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosciences is a leading centre for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with a wide range of neurological conditions such as epilepsy, MS, Alzheimer’s, stroke and head injuries. With its neighbour, the Institute of Neurology, it is a major international centre for research and training. The Hospital is part of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH).
